What is the feature/ request?

A system to collect a list of guests who do not check-in/ confirm their room reservations by 11:59 P.M. on their first day.

Who will use this system (primary actor)?

Employees
Guests (Secondary actors)

Preconditions

Reservation must be forfeit or no-show.

Scenario

Employee executes a command/ clicks a button
A report is generated with the guests penalties apply to
Penalties are issued to guests
Guests receiving penalties are required to provide payment details/ are charged with their existing payment details.
