What is the feature/ request?

A system to log and generate a number of reports as follows.

Requirements

Reports the amount of money lost as a result of incentive discount for the next 30 nights
Report displays it as date and total incentive discount for that night
Provides the total incentive discount and average incentive discount for that period (at the end of report)

Who will use this system (primary actor)?

Employees

Preconditions

Reservations exist or there are no reservations
Capacity

Scenario

Employee generates a reservation report
The report system gets the total number of incentive reservations over 30 days
System checks if the hotel is operating under capacity, 60% or less
The system calculates the total and average losses incurred as a result of the 20% discount
The report is output to the reservation report

Exceptions/ Restrictions

Reservations must exist or not exist at all

Concerns

Does this calculate hypothetical or actual loss? If actual it will need to check for capacity.
